SemAgentAdmin panel settings
The Admin Panel (/settings) is where you manage your account. This page summarises the groups in the left rail and details the Settings screen.
The left rail: five groups
The panel is no longer navigated with top tabs but with groups in the left rail. The rail collapses to icons and your preference is remembered.

The menu shows only the screens you can use. A section closed to your role is not drawn in the rail at all — you never click through to a "no permission" wall. This is a convenience; the real door is on the server (Roles & Permissions).
The Settings screen
The account's and the assistant's basic settings live here.

| System instructions | Free text that shapes how the assistant behaves — tone, boundaries, language. Edited on its own screen. |
| Deep thinking | Off (always answers directly) or Automatic (the assistant switches by itself when a question is complex). When on, answers are slower and cost more credits; not available on every plan. |
| API keys | Every account runs through the LiteLLM gateway; the system picks the provider and model. From here you can jump to usage and cost. |
Where are the agent settings?
Everything about the agent (tools, memory, scheduling, vault, connectors) lives on its own screens under /settings/agent-*. AI Agent at the bottom of the rail takes you there. The agent is a feature SemAgent enables for your account; if it is off, those screens cannot be opened — not even by typing the address.
Do not confuse the two "connectors": Data Sources connects an external system to the knowledge base read-only; Agent Connectors are for the agent to do work in external systems.
Domain ownership
You prove that your company domain is really yours: the screen gives you a TXT record, you add it to your domain's DNS settings and press Verify. The domain does not need a website — one used only for email can be verified too.
Why it exists: once single sign-on is set up, the rule is “anyone signing in with this domain belongs to this account”. Accepting that claim without checking it could attach another company's employees to this account. The lock went on before the door: verification works today and will be ready when SSO arrives.
Verification fails when in doubt: the record must be visible to two independent resolvers before it passes. Changing the domain resets the verification — old proof does not carry to a new domain.
