Answer Review
Admin Panel → Answer Review collects the feedback your assistant's answers received, so you can look at the ones marked negative and fix your knowledge base.
Answer votes
Every answer in the widget and in panel chat carries a ๐/๐. This screen collects them: positive, negative, positive rate and share of answers voted on. The period can be 30 days, 90 days or a year, and votes are also split by source (widget / panel chat).
Why the share of answers voted on matters: a 90% positive result means something quite different if only 2% of answers were voted on. That is why it is shown as its own measure. With no votes in the period the percentage is not computed — instead of printing zero, the screen says there is no data yet.
Conversation satisfaction
The score customers give at the end of a chat (CSAT) is a separate card: average score, how many people rated, and the response rate. It is not the same as answer votes — one measures a single answer, the other the whole conversation.
The list of voted answers
Below, the answers themselves are listed: the question, the answer given, and the customer's note if they left one. You can filter by Negative · Positive · All. Negatives come first by default — that is where the thing to fix is.
When you see a bad answer, the fix is usually in the knowledge base: add the missing information or update the wrong or outdated document. The assistant builds answers from the knowledge base, so fixing the source fixes the answer.
Measured signals only
This page shows what was measured: ๐/๐ per answer and the end-of-conversation satisfaction score. It does not produce an unmeasured judgement such as "was the answer correct".
