Support

Admin Panel → Support tab is a contact form to reach our team directly. A self-serve FAQ tab also offers quick answers.

Support, with sample data. Tickets are tabbed by status with the count in the label. You can close your own ticket and reopen it if you need to.

Contact form

The Contact us card has two fields:

FieldDescription
SubjectA short title (e.g. "Billing question", "Technical support"), up to 100 characters.
MessageDescribe your issue/suggestion in detail; up to 2000 characters (with a counter).

When you press Send, your message reaches our team: "Your message was sent successfully. We'll get back to you soon."

📨

This form is not a live chat; the reply comes by email. Your request is now recorded, though — you can follow its status in the list below.

Your requests

Every request you send is stored and listed on the Support screen, tabbed by status: All · Open · In progress · Waiting on you · Closed.

StatusWhat it means
OpenWe received it; nobody has started on it yet.
In progressSupport is working on it. Only the support team can set this — "someone is working on it" is a promise only the working side can make.
Waiting on youSupport has replied and needs information or a confirmation from you: the ball is in your court. When you reply, the request goes back to the team.
ClosedResolved. You can close your own request, and reopen it if needed.
🔒

Recorded first, emailed second. The request is written to the database before the notification email is sent, so if the email ever fails to go out, your request is still not lost.

FAQ tab

A separate FAQ tab in the Admin Panel offers ready answers to common questions — a quick look before writing to support.

📚

If it's a technical topic, search these docs first (Ctrl+K). Most "how do I" questions are answered in the User Guide and Troubleshooting pages.

Finding the answer yourself

At the bottom of the screen there is a shortcut into the documentation. What each screen does, how to set things up and the situations people hit most often are written up there with screenshots; most questions are answered without opening a ticket. Opening one is still there if you need it — you may just not have to wait for a reply.
