Plans & plan-gating
SemAgent offers two pricing families: general SaaS plans and message-based E-commerce packages. Some features and expertise templates are gated by plan (plan-gating).

The single source of truth for current prices and limits is the pricing page (in sync with live plan data). The Trial plan (7 days, 250 credits) needs no credit card.
How plan-gating works
Some capabilities and expertise templates are only enabled on certain plans. Access is checked through a single central gate:
- Each template/access defines its allowed plans.
- If your plan isn't on that list, access is closed.
- Downgrade: when you move to a lower plan, templates you can no longer access are automatically deactivated (not deleted; they return when you upgrade again).
Usage limits
Each plan comes with a monthly usage budget. Limits are a hard ceiling — when reached, new requests stop instead of a surprise bill. Track consumption in real time: Credits & usage.
