SemAgentPlans & plan-gating
SemAgent offers a single plan family: Starter · Pro · Enterprise. Shopify/e-commerce chat mode is included in every plan (no separate e-commerce package); live order/stock actions unlock on Pro and above. Some features and expertise templates are gated by plan (plan-gating).

The single source of truth for current prices and limits is the pricing page (in sync with live plan data). Starter and Pro begin with a 7-day free trial — card required, auto-billed when the trial ends, cancel anytime.
How plan-gating works
Some capabilities and expertise templates are only enabled on certain plans. Access is checked through a single central gate:
- Each template/access defines its allowed plans.
- If your plan isn't on that list, access is closed.
- Downgrade: when you move to a lower plan, templates you can no longer access are automatically deactivated (not deleted; they return when you upgrade again).
Usage limits
Each plan comes with a monthly usage budget. Limits are a hard ceiling — when reached, new requests stop instead of a surprise bill. Track consumption in real time: Credits & usage.
