What is SemAgent?

SemAgent is a multi-tenant AI platform made of two products: the RAG Widget that answers with citations from your knowledge base, and the AI Agent that gets work done under your approval. Both share the same knowledge base.

The problem it solves

General-purpose chatbots struggle in two places: (1) in customer support they make things up (hallucinate) and can't cite sources; (2) when asked to do real work, control is lost — it's unclear what they did and when. SemAgent solves both with separate products, grounded accuracy and an auditable trust model.

RAG Widget

An embeddable chat widget that answers visitors only from a knowledge base built from your site and documents, with citations. When it doesn't know, it says "I don't know" instead of making things up (strict-KB grounding). With Shopify connected, it gives live product/stock/order answers.

AI Agent

An autonomous agent that gets work done with 50+ built-in tools (email, calendar, Drive, database, HTTP, Shopify, WhatsApp, SMS, social, MCP). The key difference: a code-level policy engine — 4 autonomy levels, per-tool risk, allow-lists and "never silent" actions. Autonomy and control at the same time.

Shared foundation

  • Shared knowledge base: what you teach the widget, the agent knows too.
  • Multi-tenant: each tenant's KB, connectors, memory and conversations are isolated.
  • Turkish-first & GDPR/KVKK-compliant: consent-based memory, view/delete; "we don't train on your data".
  • Memory & learning: the agent learns your preferences over time — see Memory system.
